Leaving a gift in your Will

A charitable legacy gift is when you leave money to a charity in your Will. Anyone can choose to do this, and you can leave a fixed sum, or the remaining money once all other gifts in your Will have been distributed.

Legacy Gifts in a Will are an important method to help advance cancer research and with your help we can support new and innovative projects, which without the assistance of The Clerk Maxwell Cancer Research Fund, may never see the light of day.

Like many charities we rely on legacies for much of our income, so they are really important to our work. Knowing that your gift will make a real difference is profoundly satisfying and there may also be beneficial tax implications. If you choose to include a legacy gift in your Will, no matter what amount your legacy may be, you can be certain it really will be appreciated.
